Tenerife, the biggest island of the Canary islands is an ideal holiday hotspot during the summer as well as during the winter. Nature lovers can optimally enjoy all the natural beauty that the island has to offer.
There are also several nature parks where one can enjoy the flora and fauna. This turns out to be very diverse, from a barren moonscape to very tropical landscapes. Regularly, there are whales and dolphins spotted near the coast.

The southwest of the island is the most touristy, in the north is the town of Puerto de la Cruz, a major seaside resort. The largest resort on the island is Playa de las Americas, this resort is very touristy. Los Cristianos is a slightly quieter resort that is very suitable for families with small children. Those who prefer to an authentic seaside resort may be the best to Garachico
to go. This place is very popular among the islanders, this one finds a very authentic atmosphere.

Since the crisis, many homes in Tenerife are seized by the banks. There is something to be found for everyone: apartments, houses and villas.
