Costa Cálida

The Costa Cálida literally means ‘warm coast’ and is located in the region of Murcia, in the South East of Spain along the Mediterranean. The largest part of the coast is particularly rough, hence the area is way less touristic than other, surrounding coastal regions. A great place for a nature lover, with its many protected nature areas and a beautiful 250 kilometers stretched coastline.

The coastline exists out of narrow inlets with palmtrees along quiet water and out of rough cliffs along wild bays, saltwater lagoons, wadden and sand dunes. Remarkable is La Manga, the largest seawater lake of Europe. A small strip of land of 22 kilometers shuts off the inland sea from the Mediterranean. Next to this range of gorgeous nature you can also find larger cities like the harbor city Cartagena.

Due to the crisis, a lot of houses at the Costa Cálida are repossessed by banks. These villa’s and apartments are now in forced sale. This gives you the opportunity to buy your perfect home at the Spanish coast for a very profitable and affordable price.
